Five Easy Steps

At TKS we have a very easy five step guide to help you through the process of selecting the right kitchen, laundry, or bathroom through to wonderful storage solutions for all areas of your home. We hope to make this a stress free and easy process and to take all the hassle out of what can sometimes be a challenging project. Let us take all the worry out and allow you to enjoy the whole experience.

• Consultation – talk with our friendly team regarding your requirements, style and budget. We can do this in our showroom and office or we can come to your home.
• Design – We will create a 3D plan of what you would like. We help you to choose colours and materials through to hardware and fittings.  We can easily make changes as your design evolves. 
• Finalising the Design – Once you are happy with the final design and all the colours and materials have been chosen then we will ask you to sign our agreement form and pay a 50% to start the manufacturing process.
• Installation – Once the kitchen has been manufactured then an additional 25% deposit is requested before installation. We will have preplanned with our subcontractors to make sure that the installation process is as streamlines as possible to avoid too much disruption.
• Finishing – Once everything is installed, we will request an inspection with you to ensure that we have delivered on everything agreed and this will be signed off as finished.  Once completed the final 25% will be invoiced.
